Use of this Web Site constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not continue to use the website.

This Web Site, its contents, the services described, and /or supplied pursuant to, the same and these terms and the terms of any such supply shall be governed only by English law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims/disputes arising in relation thereto.

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.

Please read our Privacy Policy carefully as this explains how we will use the personal data you supply to us.

Please note that calls to Track your paws and Track your hooves may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Payments

A payment may be required in order to:

Upgrade to a Premium account and access associated benefits
Accept the transfer of keepership of an animal
Register a microchip that is not currently registered on any UK compliant database
Purchase a collar tag or ID card

These are one-off payments of the amount shown which gives access to the services / benefits detailed for the limited set time stated.

We accept online payments by Debit, Credit Card or Apple Pay .Please do not email your card details to us.

Payments made will appear on your statement as 'Track your paws’

When a service is paid for with a Debit or Credit Card, or via Apple Pay access to the service offered and benefits stated is immediate.

Website Orders

We do not give refunds for services provided. In the event that a service is not provided as stated refunds will be credited to the original card used for the purchase and may take up to 14 days to be credited to your account.

Collar Tags , Track your paws works in partnership with a third party, to provide collar tags for owners.

Orders placed include second class postage within the UK and usually arrive within 5 working days.

You have a legal right to cancel your order, subject to the provisions of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (2013).

We draw your attention to PART 3, Paragraph 28 (1) (b) of these regulations in which it states:

Limits of application: circumstances excluding cancellation

28. (1) This Part does not apply as regards the following—

(b) the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised;

If you wish to cancel an order for a collar tag where you have selected a blank one with no engraving, please email sales@trackyourpaws.com Providing the item has not been dispatched we will issue a full refund.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for the following:

The products sent is/are defective through a manufacturing error.
The products sent are not those specified in your order.
The pet tag(s) (or products we have sent you contain engraving errors has Please note that they engrave exactly the information you provide. Returns and refunds cannot be provided if the error is in the original information you provided.

A replacement tag will be provided, and a refund for your postage costs for returning faulty tags, when the above conditions warrant it. Alternatively, after returning a faulty tag, you may prefer to opt for a refund.

User Responsibilities

The content and software on this Site are the property of Track your paws & Track your hooves , its suppliers, and affiliates, and protected by international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, download, display, post, transmit or copy material on this Site in any form or by any means for commercial use. Users must not use the content for any unlawful purpose.

Users should not disclose their login details to any other individual or company and should reset the password if they believe their account has been accessed by anyone else.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate a User's access to the Site and remove any unauthorised User content, if the law, or our Terms and Conditions of Use are violated.

Liability

Excluding death or personal injury resulting from negligence, we accept no liability (including without limitation) in either contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, which comes from the use of, or access to, this website, or any errors / the unavailability of this Site.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

To the extent that our website and the information and services on our website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.

We provide these links for your convenience only but do not endorse nor edit nor vet the material on such Sites. We hold no liability arising or resulting there from.

Complaints

We are committed to providing the best service to all users and therefore value your feedback. If you have any concerns please contact us on via email sales@trackyourpaws.com We will contact you within 5 working days to inform you of the action we intend to take in order to resolve the issue.
